Muj denn� fitness chl�b 



Vzhledem k tomu, �e se hodne z v�s ptalo, co a jak casto cvic�m, rozhodla jsem se o to s v�mi podelit. Vlastne kec�m, zaj�malo to asi jen jednoho z v�s. M�te tedy dve mo�nosti - prestat c�st nebo se kouknout, c�m se ve fitku bav�m. 


Pokud jste si vybrali druhou mo�nost, gratuluji. Pokud tu prvn�, nev�m, proc st�le ctete. 


Ze startu bych r�da ujasnila jednu vec. Nejsem fitness slecna. Opravdu nem�m cas venovat cvicen� 6-7 dn� v t�dnu. A ne, nevymlouv�m se. Mysl�m, �e me �lecht� u� fakt, �e chod�m cvicit klidne i pred prac�, abych makala co nejv�c.


Kdy� u� se tam tedy vyd�m, co del�m? Nic extra. Posiluju nebo tanc�m. Nic mezi t�m. 


Mo�n� budu #weirdo, ale leg day je muj obl�ben� den. Leg press, v�pady apod., to je moje. Pokud neposiluju nohy nebo zadek, posiluju bricho (videa XHIT). Ruce a z�da me nebav�, proto se nedivte, jestli za rok budu vypadat jako Quasimodo s rukama jako p�r�tka a zadkem jako Nicki Minaj. V�m, �e to je �patne a proto si ze me neberte pr�klad. Cvicit byste meli v�e a a str�dave. 


Kdy� neposiluju, chod�m na zumbu nebo na twerk. Smysln� vlnen� me bav�, ale v m�m proveden� moc smysln� nen�. Na druhou stranu mus�m r�ct, �e behem tance vlastne ruce posiluju. Skloubit pohyb nohy a ruky je pro me toti� prakticky nere�ln� a nadru se tak 2x v�ce ne� v�echny ostatn� kolem me. 


Proc jdou tedy v�sledky (snad) videt? Proto�e to nefl�k�m a del�m to, co me bav�. Se 100% nasazen�m. 


Rada na z�ver - ka�lete na sacharidov� diety apod. jezte v�echno, co va�e telo potrebuje. J� sn�m denne 150-300g sacharidu, pres 80-150g tuku (orechy, avok�do ...) a od ledna jsem nepribrala v tuku jedin� deko. 


M�te nejakou svou fitness rutinu? Neco, bez ceho si neum�te svuj t�den predstavit?




*My daily fitness routine



Many of you've been asking about my workout, so I share. Frankly, I'm kidding - almost no one is asking about it but anyway. You can choose - you either can continue reading or leave this post. If you've chosen the first option, congrats. If second, I seriously don't get why you'keep reading this.


First of all, I'm NOT a fitness girl. I don't have time for everyday workout. I aint complainin' even you think I'm. I do workout even before I go to work or school so I don't idle anyhow. So, what do I do at gym?


Work out or dance, nothing else. I may sound weird, but leg day is the day. I love squats, lunges and leg press. On the other hand I hate arm or back work out so I always skip it. Well, I know it's bad so don't set me as an example. Thinking about it, I totally may look like Quasimodo with super skinny hands and Nicki Minaj butt next year, gosh. Anyway, when I don't do my legs, I do belly part (XHIT sessions are the best). 


Then I dance. I do zumba and twerk - I love this passionate dance but I don't look sensual. Luckily I make my arms stronger during these lessons cause I'm unable to connect my legs and arms together. They don't cooperate so I need to work twice harder than any other woman over there. 


Why the results are visible though (hopefuly)? Because I workout regularly and I do what I love to do. 


One advice - don't do any carbs weird diets. Eat everything your body needs. I eat about 150-300g carbs/day and approx 80-150 healthy fats. I've haven't gained a gram of fat since January.
